Houston is the place to be, especially when you have the privilege of launching MOGO at Neiman Marcus, Houston Galleria!!!!!!!  First, we met Emma, the Children’s Department Manager, not  easily impressed. With 32 years of retail experience—Emma’s seen it all.  BUT, Emma loved MOGO!!  And Emma was ready and waiting—she actually hugged us when we finally arrived: 20 minutes late!

MOGO was all set up—on display next to the Cash Register, our MOGO Charmbands in a beautiful glass bowl and even a stuffed doggie wearing MOGO with the Heart to Heart Collection.  Kelly and Callie greeted us warmly exclaiming again and again how cute MOGO is and wanting to know every detail.  Emma walked us throughout the store introducing us to all the amazing Neiman’s sales staff.  They’ve loved MOGO  and quickly rushed up to buy MOGO for their daughters, nieces, granddaughters and themselves!

It was awesome.  Thank you Emma, Kelly and Callie for welcoming MOGO—you made us fans of Houston.  We’re on to Dallas tomorrow!

Donna and I are in Washington DC and we are catching up on the last 5 hours of emails:  we have a lot of emails because we launched our website: getMOGO.com AND Neimanmarcus.com launched our MOGOs today!!!!!!!  I just  saw the Neiman’s pictures for the first time yesterday and they really capture the essence: all those MOGO charmbands all over those adorable kids! Really, I created this product and I can hardly believe that’s my creation on neimanmarcus.com.

Cutest story:  we hear that kids are SLEEPING with pictures of MOGOs, waiting ’til their moms can get them the real thing.

We have a trunk show at Neiman Marcus, Tyson’s Galleria tomorrow, Dec. 9 and then we fly to Houston for a Friday trunk show. It’s going to be such a blast to meet different kids and show them how MOGO works.
